Important dates: 

1 August 2024| Deadline for registration and abstract submission.  24 August 2025 | E-mail confirmation of abstract acceptance 24 August 2025 – 1 September 2024 | Payment of registration fees for participants submitting an abstract Exceptionally, for participants without poster/oral presentation the payment can be made anytime before the Conference starts (preferred) and also onsite during the event.
